1. Who we are

Serome AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the Serome AI trading assistant service, accessible via the web at our website and via the Serome AI Telegram bot. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: Your email address and password (hashed), collected when you sign up.
  • Telegram identity: Your Telegram numeric user ID, collected when you link your Telegram account. We do not store your Telegram username or phone number.
  • Alert and zone data: The currency pairs, price levels, and conditions you configure for alerts and correlation zones.
  • Journal entries: Trade data you choose to log (pair, direction, price, lot size, notes). This is entirely user-provided.
  • Conversation history: Messages sent to the AI assistant are temporarily stored in Redis (max 20 messages per user) to maintain conversational context. This data expires automatically.
  • Payment information: We do not store payment card or wallet details. Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We receive only the order status and amount for plan upgrades.
  • Usage data: Basic logs (errors, webhook events) are retained for debugging. No behavioural tracking or advertising analytics are used.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver price alerts and correlation zone notifications to your Telegram.
  • To provide AI assistant responses in the context of your conversation history.
  • To manage your subscription plan and process payments.
  • To send account-related communications (e.g. payment confirmation).
  • To debug errors and maintain service reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled — each user can only access their own data. Temporary session data (conversation history, alert dedup keys) is stored in Redis with automatic expiry. All data is stored in the EU region. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

5. Third-party services

  • Telegram: Alerts and AI responses are delivered via the Telegram Bot API. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to messages delivered through their platform.
  • Twelve Data: We use Twelve Data's professional market data feed to monitor live prices. No user data is shared with Twelve Data.
  • NOWPayments: Subscription payments are processed by NOWPayments. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing.
  • Supabase: Database and authentication provider.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may delete your account from the dashboard, which removes your profile and associated data. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription; no refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies only for authentication (managed by Supabase Auth). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
